Hiking Technical Dates is a rating level system from one to five. Each hiking activity requires appropriate equipment.
This rating depends on the distance to walk and the cumulative elevation, in the case of bad weather conditions a ratio level could be increased.
The following descriptions provides you an idea to whom the trip is scheduled and define its difficulty, equipment required, distance to walk and cumulative level:
Requiring only walk equipment, hiking boots recommended but tennis shoes should be enough in spring and summer conditions. Should be requested médium-thich fleece, Shell layer, Thin jacket, Cap, Gloves.
Distance: maximum 10 kilometers
Cumulative elevation gain in meters: maximum 300m
Requiring only walk equipment, hiking boots recommended. médium-thich fleece, Shell layer, Thin jacket, Cap, Gloves.
Distance: maximum 15 kilometers
Cumulative elevation gain in meters: maximum 600m
Requiring trekking boots, tennis shoes are not accepted. Insulating layer, médium-thich fleece, Shell layer, Thin jacket – Gore-tex, Cap, Gloves.
Distance: maximum 17 kilometers
Cumulative elevation gain in meters: maximum 1.200m
Requiring walk equipment, hiking boots tennis shoes are not accepted. Insulating layer, médium-thich fleece, Shell layer, Thin jacket, Cap, Gloves, Rain pants. Pack (capacity of 25 to 30 liters). Pack cover. Knife. Sunglasses. Sunscreen (skin and lips). Trekking poles.
Distance: maximum 20 kilometers
Cumulative elevation gain in meters: maximum 1.500m

Each activity requires a technical gear as: Trekking poles, snow boots, ARVA, crampons, ice axe, helmet,etc.. Please follow recommendations on the trip description.
Distance: maximum 25 kilometers or less but more than a day trekking
